1) How much do you charge for shipping and handling ?
Shipping fees will be calculated based on the destination. EU and other worldwide destinations.
2) How long will it take until I get my order ?
EU orders will take 3 – 5 days and other worldwide destinations will take between 7 – 12 days.
3) What happens if I am not at home to sign my order ?
The delivery person will leave a slip or card at your delivery address and you can pick your order up from the local post depot or post office that is servicing your area. That is for small orders.
4) What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments by wire transfer to our bank. (Bank TT)
5) How do you ship? What carrier is used?
We ship daily Mondays – Fridays. Orders received on weekends will be shipped the following business day. We use all the leading forwarding services depending on where you are. All orders are sent using a fully tracked service and you will be sent a tracking number so you can track your goods all the way from dispatch to arrival.
